Adapt 4 Growth Consulting (A4G) is the culmination of four decades of cooperation and collaboration between brothers Doug and Brian Evans.

 

The brothers have pursued different career paths—Doug in sales and management, and Brian in foreign intelligence, diplomacy, and communications consulting.

Throughout their careers, they have compared notes and advised one another on a broad range of interpersonal, intergroup, and intercultural communication issues. Now they have partnered to establish A4G Consulting to distill what they have learned about developing rapport, engaging motivations, and building trust into the innovative ADAPT Consultative Sales System and related services.
